1. What happens to my ADT monitoring service when I move from my current location?

Residents who are moving from their current location to a new one can be considered for the Mover’s Package Guarantee (certain restrictions apply). 2. What is the timeframe between ordering and installation?

When you choose your ADT monitored package, you will receive communication within 24-hours from the time that you order and next day installation is available in some locations.

3. Should I be testing my security system? Or will ADT do this for me?

Customers are responsible for testing the overall functionality of their ADT monitored security system. You should be provided with a manual on how to conduct this testing. If you aren’t sure how to conduct testing, please call at any time.
